Monday to Thursday 6:30 am – 9:30 pm
Friday 6:30 am – 8:30 pm
Weekends 9 am – 4:30 pm

Community Programmes

Older Adults
Our Older Adults programme offers those over 60 the opportunity to improve their physical and mental health while combatting feelings of isolation or loneliness.
Positive Health
This programme is available to anyone living with HIV across London and gives participants the opportunity to engage in exercise to help manage their physical and mental health.
We could not deliver our community programmes without the help of our amazing volunteers! Volunteering opportunities consist of gym instructors, teachers and mentors for young children.
