Sweat Classes

Our cardio classes in Central London are guaranteed to make your chest pump and your body sweat. A fantastic way to boost the efficiency of your heart and lungs.

Aquacise
Make a splash with this water-based session. Training in water reduces the weight-bearing stress on bones and joints, making it an ideal way to train and keep active no matter your age or fitness level. This class is delivered to music and is an extremely fun way to get fitter and healthier.

Tabata
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training workout that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises. Each is performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.

Cycle
Saddle up for a sweat-fest! Get on your bike and spin your way to fitness with the support of expert instruction and some uplifting tunes. Take on the challenge of the steepest mountains, the fastest flats or some good old-fashioned hill sprints all within one high-energy class.
Sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour… choose wisely!

Combining resistance training with cardio work, circuit training incorporates short, sharp bursts of activity at a variety of stations. Challenging all aspects of fitness, it’s your one-stop shop to a fitter you. Feeling brave? Choose an Advanced or High Intensity Interval Training Circuit class and push the intensity to the next level.

Run Fit 45
This 45-minute treadmill class uses varying speeds and elevations to really get your heart pumping!
