Supple Strength
Supple Strength is a take on Pilates and Yoga exercises, incorporating techniques that stretch and strengthen muscles for a strong and controlled routine.

Tai Chi
From the ancient Chinese art of moving meditation, intertwine the mind and body in this relaxing class. Tai Chi is the interplay of two contrasting forces – Yin and Yang – and trains the mind with the body naturally following movements. Try Advanced Tai Chi for an even more effective remedy from the stresses of London living.
We also offer an advanced version of this class called Tai Chi Plus.

Hatha Yoga
Experience Yoga in our brand new studio. Our studio is a fully integrated, holistic, soundproofed, safe space.
A dynamic yoga practice based on breath awareness and movement on the breath. These classes are stimulating, energising and relaxing at the same time. Poses and sequences practised in this class increase strength and stamina while also improving range of movement and flexibility.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

This is a Gentle Hatha Yoga practice based on breath awareness and movement on the breath. These classes are stimulating, energising and relaxing at the same time. Poses and sequences practised in this class increase strength and stamina while also improving range of movement and flexibility, great for beginners.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Yoga pose sequences practised in unison with the breath. Classes include sun salutes, standing, seated and inverted postures, breath work and meditation. Focus is on building strength, flexibility and stamina while learning to use the body with integrity and awareness. The mind relaxes and its ability to focus is increased.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalising form of physical fitness.

Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa Yoga synchronises movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to and resting in the present moment.
