Hatha is a dynamic yoga practice that’s based on breath awareness and movement. These classes are equal parts stimulating, energising, and relaxing at the same time. The poses and sequences you’ll come across in a Hatha Yoga class increase strength and stamina while also improving range of movement and flexibility.
Vinyasa is one of the most popular and versatile styles of yoga. Rather than focusing on each pose separately, Vinyasa is all about the flow of movement from one pose into the next. Classes move at a quicker pace than Hatha Yoga, helping you work up a sweat while still focusing on your breath and core strength.
