At YMCA Club we’re in a class of our own as the vast majority of our dynamic and expertly guided exercise classes – of which there are more than 125 every week – are completely free to our members. Running across six spacious exercise studios, our weekly class timetable allows you to keep your workouts wonderfully varied, while fitting into your busy day and without denting your wallet.
We've got classes which will make you move, sweat, dance and stretch. If you love moving to great music then our Aerobics, Zumba and Cardio Kick classes could be just the outlet you’ve been looking for. Or why not saddle up and enjoy a spin in our outstanding indoor cycling studio?
If moving to music isn't your thing, don't worry. You can build up quite a sweat in our ever-popular Kettlebells, TRX and Circuit Training classes. And if that’s not enough, you can stretch your mind as well as your body with our fabulous Yoga and Supple Strength classes.
