Adult swimming short course


Learn how to swim with our experienced tutor, there’s a class for you, no matter your level, whether beginner, post-beginner or advanced.

We have swimming lessons in London for everyone, from absolute beginners, to competent swimmers who are looking to improve their technique. All courses are taught in a positive atmosphere with a focus on how to swim technically well.

Levels

Beginners
This class is for you if you have little or no experience of swimming.
Intermediate 1
This class is for you if you have completed Beginners and can swim but are not confident in deep water and working towards building your confidence.
Intermediate 2
This class is for you if you have completed Beginners and are confident in deeper water and progressing towards moving into the Advanced classes.
Advanced
This class is for you, if you can swim a full length of the pool confidently and want to improve your swim technique.

About the tutor
Martin Purcell, is a former competitive swimmer with over 10 years’ coaching experience. He has coached people with a wide range of abilities including the University of London Swimming Team.

Mondays: 5pm – 5:45pm

Fridays: 4:45pm – 5:30pm

Fridays : 5:30pm – 6:15pm

Intermediate 1 (8 weeks)

Mondays: 5:45pm – 6:30pm

Fridays: 6:15pm – 7pm

Intermediate 2 (8 weeks)

Mondays: 6:30pm – 7:15pm

Fridays: 7pm – 7:45pm

Advanced (8 weeks)

Fridays: 7:45pm – 8:30pm

Whether you’ve never taken Spanish lessons, want to refresh your school knowledge of Spanish, or you’re already conversational, there’s a Spanish class for you! Learn everything from basic phrases and grammar to advanced conversational topics and the culture of different Spanish-speaking countries.
Ceramics short course
Get your hands dirty and embrace your creativity with one of our ceramics courses! Beginners can learn the basics of pottery through our 4-5 week evening courses, and experienced potters can join in on one of our all-day Saturday workshops.
Screen Printing on Textiles All-Day Workshop
Learn a new skill, enjoy a day of crafting, and meet new people at our all-day screen printing workshop! Experience a full-day screen printing workshop to create your own custom t-shirt and have a blast!
