If you are training for a triathlon but are struggling with the swimming element or simply want to supercharge your stroke to complete your target distance, the Triathlon club is for you.
The focus is on preparing you for the swimming element of the swim, bike and run combo under the watchful eye of trained triathlon coaches. Hone your crawl and freestyle techniques to streamline your performance or get in the fast lane and forget the competition.
- Main session: Tuesdays 8-9pm
