Meditation and wellbeing

A weekly 60-minute meditation session takes place in our own Chapel on Thursday (12:30-1:30pm). On top of this we have two different Yoga classes available which are centred on controlled breathing and stretching, and designed specifically for older adults. 

Hatha Yoga takes place from 10:45-11:45am on Wednesdays and Kundalini Yoga from 12-1pm on Fridays. These classes will help you to achieve a calmer mind, a healthier body and a happier spirit.
