We offer a 60-minute gym induction specifically tailored for older adults. Here we can establish your current activity levels, discuss your training goals and come up with an exercise programme to fit your needs.
These inductions take place in three weekly slots:
- Mondays (10-11am),
- and Wednesdays (11am-12pm, and 3-4pm),
To book simply speak to reception. Members can also book a subsequent gym performance update if they wish to edit their programme or learn more about different areas and/or equipment in the gym.
