During these unprecedented times we are following Public Health England's latest guidance. We are taking sensible steps to help you stay safe and well whilst using our facilities.

From Wednesday 18 March we have, after careful consideration, regrettably cancelled all group exercise classes from the timetable.

We offer 19 functional movement classes each week (Monday to Friday) at YMCA Club. These include 17 different activities from Zumba to Circuits and Tai Chi to Latin Dance, and are taught by our team of qualified volunteers. 

All of our classes are specifically designed for people wanting activities of a low to moderate intensity and are an ideal way to help over 60s maintain independent living.

No bookings are necessary for our classes, simply turn up and have fun!
