Between 2-3pm everyday will be a dedicated time for our Older Adult Members to use the Club.
We offer 19 functional movement classes each week (Monday to Friday) at YMCA Club. These include 17 different activities from Zumba to Circuits and Tai Chi to Latin Dance, and are taught by our team of qualified volunteers.
All of our classes are specifically designed for people wanting activities of a low to moderate intensity and are an ideal way to help over 60s maintain independent living.
All sessions will need to be booked in advance to help us manage member numbers and keep everyone safe
