Complete Beginners 

Next course starts:

Tuesdays from 7 to 9pm. Starting date: Tuesday 22nd September

What students will learn

Topics: You’ll learn to introduce yourself, to speak about professions, to describe a place, to describe a city, to speak about nationalities, etc. 

Grammar: Present tense indicative, verbs ser, estar and hay, numbers, adjectives, possessive adjectives, determinate articles, etc. 

All material will be emailed in advance, audio tracks included.

Post Beginners

For students who have already had 15 hours of Spanish lessons.

Thursdays from 7 to 9pm. Starting date: Thursday 24th September

What students will learn

You'll learn to describe a city, to tell the time, to describe your daily routine activities, to speak about habits in the present and to speak about your likes and dislikes. All material will be emailed in advance, included audio tracks.

Grammar: Present tense indicative, verb gustar, reflective verbs in the present, verb hay numbers, etc.

Intermediate Spanish

This eight-week course follows on from the post beginners' Course.

Wednesdays from 7 to 9pm. Starting date: 23rd September

Who can do the course?

People with a basic knowledge of grammar (e.g. present tense), vocabulary (e.g. daily activities) and pronunciation.

What students will learn

Topics: You'll learn to speak about habits in the past, to tell an anecdote, to express your opinion, to agree and disagree with someone else's opinion, etc. All material will be emailed in advance, included audio tracks.

Grammar: Imperfect tense, differences between imperfect and preterit tenses, connective devices, introduction to the subjunctive mood, etc.

Advanced Spanish

This eight-week course follows on from the Intermediate Course.

Next course starts:

Mondays from 7 to 9pm. Starting date: Monday 21st September.

What students will learn

Topics: You'll practice to discuss and express your viewpoint on a variety of subjects such as different aspects of Hispanic culture, art, history, literature, etc.

Grammar: General review of indicative, conditional and subjunctive mood, etc.

All materials will be emailed in advance to prepare for the discussion.
