Using straps, body weight and sheer determination, hang tough in one of our TRX Suspension classes. Wonderfully adjustable to target various facets of fitness, these classes provide a low-impact yet intense workout. Newcomers must attend an introductory workshop before attending the class. If you would like to learn the ropes of TRX please contact clubgymteam@ymca.co.uk to book a workshop. Members won’t be charged. Non-members will be required to pay £15 at reception prior to the session, this includes attendees who are part of pay as you gym/class pass or other fitness networks.
