Les Mills The Trip - cycle through digitally-created worlds, Les Mills Bodypump - the original barbell class, Les Mills HIIT workouts - Grit Cardio and Grit Strength, and Les Mills Bodycombat punch and kick your way to fitness! We also have a wide range of Yoga, Zumba, Legs Bums and Tums, Sculpt, Spinning and more.
