You can join in at a time that suits you as we are running morning (8-8.30am), lunchtime (12.30-1pm) and evening (6-6.30pm) Monday-Friday. And lunchtime classes running over the weekend.

As well as our live class timetable you can also expect Instagram workout challenges, and videos for our Older Adult members on our Central YMCA YouTube channel.

Joining the live sessions

For Facebook users

Just visit our page on Facebook once you are logged in. You can see the upcoming Facebook Live timetable by clicking on the 'Events' tab. You are also able to access previous classes by clicking on the 'Videos' tab.

For non-Facebook users

It is possible to join the LIVE sessions without a Facebook account. Unfortunately, you will have to navigate the 'log-in or sign-up' pop-up that you are met with on each click from Facebook. You can see the upcoming Facebook Live timetable by clicking on the 'Events' tab. You are also able to access previous classes by clicking on the 'Videos' tab.
