Stay safe, stay active in London's largest gym.
We are delighted to hear the news that restrictions have been eased from the 19th July. That being said, as cases rise we need to ensure we strike the correct balance between delivering a brilliant member experience and also keeping you and the community safe.
Please do not come to the Club if you feel unwell and let us know if you or anyone in your household develop Covid-19 symptoms.
Safety measures will still be in place
We will maintain our deep cleaning regime and hand sanitisation stations will still be dotted throughout the Club. Our staff will be asked to take a COVID-19 test on a biweekly basis to ensure we minimise risk.
No longer need to pre-book pool, sauna or steam room
After gathering data over the last 3 months and to strike the right balance between member experience and safety, you will no longer need to book for a swim, sauna or steam session. We will have a capacity limit clearly stated by poolside and also in the steam room and sauna that we ask you to adhere too.
Classes will still need to be pre-booked online
Group exercise classes will still need to be booked via the app however capacity will be increased slightly to accommodate more members in a safe way. All members will be asked to keep space between each other. Find out more about the booking system here.
There will be more available space and equipment
We are bringing the Main Sports Hall back into action for all members as equipment moves back into the Free Weights Room. All machines on the gym floor will be available for use.
Two-way staircases are back
We will no longer have a one-way system in the gym but please be respectful and mindful of others on stairs and corridors to avoid congestion.
Please sanitise your equipment
Disinfectant spray and disposable paper towels are provided throughout the gym and studios. Please sanitise your station and equipment before and after use, along with any surfaces you touch - we are all in this together!
We will review the situation regularly
We will of course follow the situation closely and we will review monthly to ensure that we stay true to our aim in delivering a good service and keeping you and our community safe.
