You’ll be shown a range of exercises using foam rollers, massage balls and yoga blocks to rub out the kinks, soreness and tight spots in your muscles – giving you deep tissue relief, helping you maintain a healthy balanced body and ultimately preventing injury. No booking required - just show up on Wednesdays at 12:30pm and give it try.
With this class you learn to plan your training session, fuel and recover correctly. You will learn techniques to avoid stiffness and tenderness, so helping the body to avoid reduced movement, pain and possible injury.
