National Fitness Day (23rd September) brings the nation together to remind us why it’s good to move. It shows how physical activity helps us to lead healthier and happier lives, both physically and mentally. YMCA Club and our Kings Cross venue (One KX) both have activities and sessions to try out and experience.
Our doors at both venues are opening on the 23rd for all.
YMCA Club activities across the day
- 7.30-8am – Cycle Express
- 7.30-8.15am – Sculpt
- 12.15-1pm – Hatha Yoga
- 1-1.30pm – Step Conditioning
- 5.30-6pm – Cycle Express
Plus open access to gym and pool throughout the day

- 10am – Zumba Gold
- 11am – Legs Bums and Tums
- 12pm – Older Adults
- 1.15pm – Intro to Reformer
- 1.15pm – Pilates Matwork for all levels
- 2.30pm – Hatha for all levels
