Booking sessions via the app or website

Our spaces are ready, and you can look forward to using the cardio zone, sports hall, weights room, exercise studios and swimming pool. To help us reopen safely we will be using a new online booking system, where all sessions are booked in advance.

Via the app

Download the Central YMCA app for YMCA Club and One KX to book your classes and sessions. Visit the Google Play or Apple Store.

  1. Download from App Store
  2. Existing members to log in using the same email address 
  3. Setup a new password
  4. Accept and view the policy
  5. All set up and ready to manage and book a session

The app doesn't let users:

  1. Edit or update profiles
  2. Add or book for family members

These have to be completed via the MBO desktop platform.

Via the website

Step 1 – Choose your session

Gym sessions | Swim sessions | Class sessions

Go to the timetable and select your chosen time slot and click on the BOOK button.

A pop-out will appear with your chosen time slot and session detail. Click on NEXT


Step 2 – Create a profile on Mind Body Online (you only need to do this once)

Click on the CREATE PROFILE button.

Fill in your details. Please opt-in the ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and SCHEDULE UPDATES to receive registration and booking confirmation emails. These are not for marketing purposes. 

Click the CREATE PROFILE button to confirm registration. You will receive a registration email.

Step 3 – Confirm your booking

After creating a profile you will receive a reservation email to confirm your chosen time slot. Please keep the reservation email safe as you will be asked for this at Club reception. If it's not in your Inbox check Spam or Junk inbox.

Step 4 – Bring your confirmation email with you

Show your email confirmation (on your phone or print out) to the reception team. They will check your membership status and provide access to the Club.

Having trouble with booking

If you get the error message “The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to.” This is an issue with your device browser settings. this article resolves the issue, so please follow the relevant steps relating to the browser you are using.

Cancelling your booking

As we have limited capacity in our classes and sessions please can cancel your online booking if you can no longer make it.

Log in to your Mind Body Online account and click on PROFILE ICON . Go to the SCHEDULE tab and click on the CANCEL button.

Booking cancellation is confirmed and you will receive an email to confirm the cancelled booking.
