Get ready for the Autumn Challenges

Come and join us this September for the YMCA Club Autumn Challenges! With a studio, gym and pool challenge, it’s a great chance for you to kick-start your autumn on the right foot! 

Studio Challenge - 17th - 22nd September

Complete as many classes as you can (excluding 15 min sessions) in 12 days and collect a stamp in your challenge card at the end of the class. First one to complete 20 stamps, wins!

How far can you swim in 30 minutes? Whoever swims the furthest mile wins.

Complete as many squat to shoulder press reps with 6kg dumbells as you can in 2 minutes. Whoever does the most, wins!
