Ready, steady, GO!
Our annual fitness competition is back on 10th October, so this is your warning alarm to start training now.
The competition involves two triathlon options:
- Dry (row, cycle, run) which takes place from Monday 10th October to Wednesday 12th October and Monday 17th October to Wednesday 19th October.
- Wet (cycle, run, swim) which takes place from Monday 24th October to Wednesday 26th October.
This year we'll also have an exciting new charity group event on Sun 30th Oct. So it's time to get training for your chance to be crowned the Y-Tri winner. More information on this coming soon.
