Get ready to sweat
Y-Tri returns Monday 14th May, so this is your warning alarm to book your slot. This year (as with last year) the competition is open to both members and non-members. All ages and abilities welcome, from aged 4 and up! This year have created a Team Tri as part of the event - speak to our team to find out more.
The dates we have confirmed are:
- Monday 14th May - 12.15-1.15pm, 5.30-6.30pm
- Tuesday 14th May - 12.15-1.15pm
- Wednesday 16th May - 7.45-8.45am, 12.15-1.15pm
Choose your distance
In each category there is a big choice of distances – ultra (the longest), full, half and mini (the shortest).
- Personal (Ultra, Full, Half and Mini)
- New Team Tri (Full and Half)
- And over-60 and youth distances

How to book
Talk with one of the gym team. Their office is on the same level as the main sports hall, by the green sofa at the bottom of the staircase. Bookings will go live from Monday 23 April. If you are a non-member and would like to take part please email: Terri.Siabi@YMCA.co.uk
