We're always on the hunt for something new to add to our club timetable. This September we have two new courses to try:
Deepen the understanding of your own body with this blend of ballet and basic gymnastics. The class includes conditioning and core strength exercises that will improve your flexibility and agility.
Suitable for all levels.
Swedish Massage (1-day)
This one-day course covers both the theory and practical application of Swedish massage. You will learn the basic techniques – perfect for impressing friends and family!
Enroll alone or with a friend (learners practice on each other).
Bring water, a towel and wear loose, comfortable clothes.
