“Eat Train Gain” nutrition and exercise workshop

Get the best out of your diet and training with our “Eat Train Gain” workshops, free for members.
 
Nick Owen, our resident nutritionist is running a series of four free workshops designed to help you get the best out of your diet and training. 

This is your chance to learn from an expert and answer all of your questions!

Session 1: Food Foundations – what we need, how much and when. 
Session 2: Food, Nutrition & Muscle building. 
Session 3: Food, Nutrition & Fat loss.
Session 4: Recipe for Success  technology, fad diets and training myths.

When and where:
Each session will run twice a week (Monday evening and Wednesday lunch time) and you can come to them all as a series or pick the topics you’re most interested in. 
Mondays in ES3 at 6.15pm – 6.45pm: 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd February
Wednesdays in ES2 at 1.15pm – 1.45pm: 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th February

About Nick
Nick Owen is a qualified nutritional adviser, holding a Diploma in Non-Medical Nutritional Advice. Nick’s approach is practical and realistic, starting with an analysis of current eating patterns and lifestyle, making recommendations for change and then working over a series of consultations to support achievement of the desired goals.
