Healthy weight programme
A 10-week course that provides guidance on how to achieve your ideal weight, by making realistic long term lifestyle changes. This includes improving your diet with the added benefits of improving your confidence. Workshop topics include – eating out, food labelling and mindful eating. Classes include circuits, zumba and gymstick and indoor cycling (these are for participants on the programme only.) Bespoke one-to-one food diary feedback and a full body composition analysis at the beginning and the end of the programme are also included. Classes start on March 21st and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5.30pm to 7.15pm for 10 weeks.
£90 for members and £100 for non-members.
