Ante/Post-natal fitness sessions

Discover the right choice of exercises for you during and after pregnancy. These one-to-one sessions provide you with an appropriate training programme to help you to stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy, delivery and the post-natal stage.

These sessions need to be booked in advance and will take place on Mondays between 11am and 5pm.
