Dance-Cardio

Get ready to sweat, learn some new moves and burn calories with our brand new Dance-Cardio class. A 45 minute intense class that incorporates easy-to-follow choreography that gives you a full-body workout while dancing to some killer tunes. Jumps, conditioning and high interval exercises such as squats and star jumps are included into the routine.
