Pre/Post Natal Exercise Advice and Sessions

Tuesday’s 10.30 – 11.30am in the main gym

A 45 minute supervised gym session incorporating pre/post natal exercise advice led by our fully qualified gym instructor, Rachael Smith. If you’re pregnant or have recently given birth, Rachael can provide valuable information.
