The academy is located in the heart of London, just a few minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station. Founded in 2005, the state of the art studio delivers public classes and private sessions in the STOTT PILATES® method. Instructor training courses and workshops are also available at the academy. The courses are delivered by YMCAfit, the exclusive Licensed Training Centre for STOTT PILATES courses and education in London.
