Kings Cross Pilates Classes

All our classes are taught in our state-of-the-art studios by some of the best instructors in the UK. We provide a range of levels to suit all abilities, from beginners to advanced.

Pilates Classes

Matwork Pilates
Matwork classes improve your body’s core strength, endurance, and control. Exercises are selected to challenge your mobility and stabilisation through your core while adding flexibility and suppleness to your body. Resistance props are often used to add variety to the exercises. A regular matwork practice will improve your posture, core strength, and promote a healthy back.
Reformer Introduction
Our £14, 30-minute orientation sessions will introduce you to how to use the Reformer. You will learn how to set it up and methods of adjusting the pulleys and straps. This will provide you with enough knowledge to confidently start with a few of the basic exercises. Attending this session is a pre-requisite before booking onto our Beginners Reformer class.
Reformer Pilates
Using the STOTT PILATES® Reformer adds a whole new level of strength training to Pilates. Integral to the impact of the Reformer, the springs provide support for difficult exercises and allow muscles to be isolated and worked more deeply. This workout takes a holistic approach to the body and utilises big muscle groups to tone and define.  
If you’re new to the Reformer, please book into the free introduction class first. 
1-2-1 sessions
These private sessions are ideal if you’re new to Pilates or feel intimidated taking part in group classes. As a Licensed Training Centre, our STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructors take you through a workout that has been designed especially to meet your physical wants and needs. Each session is delivered in our private 1-2-1 studio.
