Y-Tri returns Monday 17th October, so this is your warning alarm to book your slot. This year (as with last year) the competition is open to both members and non-members. All ages and abilities welcome, from aged 4 and up!
- Tuesday 17th October – Thursday 19th October,
- Monday 23rd October – Wednesday 25th October
- Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st October
Choose your distance
In each category there is a big choice of distances – ultra (the longest), full, half and mini (the shortest). On top of these there are also sets of over-60 and youth distances which are different. Look out for the leaflets in reception.
How to book
Talk with one of the gym team. Their office is on the same level as the main sports hall, by the green sofa at the bottom of the staircase. Bookings go live on 11th September. If you are a non-member and would like to take part please email: Terri.Siabi@YMCA.co.uk
