Get ready to sweat
Y-Tri returns Wednesday 7th February, so this is your warning alarm to book your slot. This year (as with last year) the competition is open to both members and non-members. All ages and abilities welcome, from aged 4 and up!
The dates we have confirmed are:
- Wednesday 7th - Friday 9th February
- Wednesday 14th - Friday 16th February
- Wednesday 21st - Friday 23rd February
Choose your distance
In each category there is a big choice of distances – ultra (the longest), full, half and mini (the shortest). On top of these there are also sets of over-60 and youth distances which are different. Look out for the leaflets in reception.
How to book
Talk with one of the gym team. Their office is on the same level as the main sports hall, by the green sofa at the bottom of the staircase. Bookings will go live 15th January. If you are a non-member and would like to take part please email: Terri.Siabi@YMCA.co.uk
