Gymnastics for Adults

Gymnastics is a great and fun way to improve your fitness levels and to improve your skills. The course is suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. It is designed to teach and improve basic moves using various pieces of gymnastic equipment including trampette, vault and floor work. The class will involve cardio vascular and strength work, and will teach basic moves and flexibility. Suitable for all ages & fitness levels.

Swimming Stroke 1

This course aims to develop water confidence, movement and breathing skills to help construct a sound technique, providing beginners with foundations to develop and improve their swimming ability. Suitable for complete beginners and equally open to anyone who wants to learn good technique in front crawl, breast stroke and backstroke from first principles. The tutor will asses your ability and may re-allocate you to a different level if appropriate.
