TRX Suspension Training provides a full body workout including strength,
endurance, balance coordination, power and core stability all at the
same time. The benefits include:

TRX Suspension Training is designed for experienced exercisers. Members
should participate in at least two Intro Workshops before attending the
Main Timetable TRX classes.
The Main Timetable classes take place at the following times:
• Monday’s 8.00-8.45am in ES3
• Tuesday’s 6.15 – 7:15pm in ES3
• Wednesday’s 1.15 – 2.00pm in ES3
