You can book a 15 minute introduction to the Power Plate with one of the Gym team at the following times:

•    8am: Mon, Tues, Thurs
•    12noon: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs
•    1pm: Mon and Thurs
•    6pm: Mon, Wed, Thurs
