Pilates is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes. It is particularly beneficial to sports rehabilitation and regular practice helps to prevent injury. The Club has the largest STOTT PILATES Studio in London, offering 12 Matwork and Reformer classes a week as well as Instructor Training in partnership with YMCAfit.
