STOTT PILATES is a contemporary, anatomically-based approach to Joseph Pilates' original exercise method. It incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles into the original mind-body exercise.
Pilates helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing your joints. Suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes, Pilates is the perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation. It is also suitable during pregnancy and after child birth.
Our STOTT PILATES Studio is the largest and most comprehensively equipped Pilates studio in London. We have recently installed brand new STOTT PILATES equipment in the Studio and we now provide more athletic conditioning and Rehabilitation exercises than ever before.
We offer 12 Matwork and Reformer classes per week as well as introductory sessions.
